How our emergency service works:

   If you have an emergency gas leak, water leak or blockage that poses a threat to your home or your wellbeing, don’t hesitate to give us a call and we can have a chat to you about what steps to take.
    

2. Rapid response and diagnosis 
   If we are required on site immediately, on arrival our technician will assess the situation and provide a thorough diagnosis of the problem. We’ll explain the situation clearly and discuss the best course of action to resolve it.
    

3. Repairs 
   Upon assessment and diagnosis we will ensure that the site is made safe and no further damages will acquire from the issue. We'll organise a more suitable and cost effective time to attend the premises and provide a quote for repairs to be done if repairs are not achievable or required at the time.
    

Fees

Please not that there is an after hours call out fee after 5pm. This will cover the first 60 minutes onsite. Any further time required by our technician for after hours repairs will be disclosed before works continue. Please not that call out fees may vary depending on location.
